Workshop
We offer
the Extended DISC Personal Analysis in a half-day workshop. The
Extended DISC System is a popular and effective behavioral assessment
tool. Thousands of individuals, teams and organizations have
benefited from its insights, practical action plans, and both tactical
and strategic information focused on improving performance.
The assessment is completed
online and takes only 10 minutes.
The workshop includes
training on the interpretation and application of the results so
that the participants understand their strengths, identify areas
for improvement, understand the basics of all 4 behaviorial types,
and communicate more effectively.
The Extended DISC Personal
Analysis is the basic report. The "basic report"
provides the following information:
- Attributes describing the person
- Communication Style
- Ideal Supervisor
- Decision Making Style
- Specific Motivators
- Specific Fears
- Strengths and Weaknesses
Additional reports ($10
per report) are also available on participants' work-related behavioral
styles in the following areas:

Costs
for the workshop vary depending on the size of the group and the
amount of follow-up coaching requested. Contact us to discuss

One-on-One
- Individual Consultation (Assessment, Personal Analysis Report
+ one hour personal debrief) - $150 ($10 for each add-on report)
- Individuals committing to 3 months personal coaching receive the Extended DISC assessment and Personal
Analysis Report at no cost. ($10 for each add-on report requested)
Teleclass
In order
to accomodate clients from all over the country, and as a convenience
to you, we offer a shortened version of the half-day on-site workshop.
Because class size is restricted (no more than 10 people), there is plenty of time for interaction, personal discussion,
and questions and answers.
This class,
in teleclass form, is excellent for groups where it may be difficult
to physically get together for the in-person workshop: virtual
teams, ministry teams, volunteer teams, or even family and friends---anyone
who is interested in better understanding themselves, and those
with whom they work, live, or play!
We can also conduct this
class with a group of individuals who may not even know each other,
but who would like to benefit from their own personal assessment
report while learning about and discussing the four different basic
behaviorial styles with other people in an interactive group.
Cost
for this 2 week teleclass is $179 per person, which includes the
online assessment and basic report. Add-on reports are an
additional $10 each.
