Our Philosophy and Vision


We believe there is a God - a personal, living God - who created you and who has a fantastic purpose for your life. He made you with a unique and special personality in combination with special talents and gifts. We believe that God plants a dream in your heart - and that a fulfilling and purposeful life willl result when you faithfully, consistently, and enthusiastically pursue all that God has for you.

Our vision at LifeHouse Coaching is to be a partner with you as you seek to discover, clarify, and pursue your God-given dream.

Building your dream life takes intentional thought, planning, and commitment. At LifeHouse Coaching, we use the analogy of building a dream house. Whether your dream is a thriving business, a healthy family, financial success, intellectual growth or personal development, think of a cycle consisting of 4 stages:

First comes the dream - the vision of what can be. A vision of greatness and excellence. We believe that seeking God's vision for your life will result in the greatest fulfillment and an abundant life. Jesus said "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10) God has placed a dream in your heart. Our desire is to help you follow that dream to fruition.

Next comes the design - the blueprint. You can't just wander aimlessly through life expecting your dreams to magically come true. A good design, a plan of action, goals, and wise, purposeful choices are all required. God is the ultimate designer and creator. He designed you with a unique and special mix of gifts, talents, and desires. Our goal is to help you explore, discover, and maximize those special things that make you "you" while working with you in designing the plans to get to your God-given dreams.

Building follows the designing. "The best-laid plans..." are worthless if you don't take targeted, intentional action to implement your plans. Coaching is very powerful in supporting you with this aspect of living.

Maintenance, upkeep and "remodeling." If you aren't intentional about the way you live - making daily choices that support your dreams and priorities, things will have a tendency to get out of balance. The "house" can become delapidated! Before you know it, you feel stuck and frustrated. Revisiting your dream, evaluating your design/plan, and tweaking your direction - or perhaps changing direction - are all part of the benefit of having a coach in your corner.
